Return and Cancelation Policy
Please read the return and refund policy carefully. Scoops by Juju are Mystery packages picked with care and affection, and each package contains mystery products, so you can’t return them. Please read through our whole policy before placing your order.
No returns or refunds for problems with preferences We don’t let consumers return or get their money back if the things or colors they get don’t match what they expected. We won’t take back things that don’t meet customers’ particular tastes. Customers must pay for shipping and other charges linked to returns when their return is approved.
Packages that were lost, stolen, or damaged
Once the carrier (like USPS, or UPS for example) says a package has been delivered, our job is done. After delivery, we are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or destroyed.
If your carrier tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t gotten your delivery yet, please call the carrier for help.
If your package is sent back to us, we will get in touch with you to set up a new shipping.
Canceling Orders You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. After the 30-minute cancellation limit, all transactions are final and cannot be changed or refunded. To stop bad orders and refunds, there will be a 5% processing fee for refunds asked for within 30 minutes of purchase. Thanks for understanding.
Correct Address Customers need to make sure that their shipping address is full and correct. Please get in touch with us right once to fix an incorrect mailing address before we send your item. If a consumer gives us an incorrect or incomplete address, we won’t be responsible for packages that can’t be delivered. If returned you will need to pay shipping cost again for item.
