Time to Process

Depending on the delivery option you choose, our processing time will be different:

Orders are handled in 2 to 5 business days and shipping will be a flat rate per scoop. 

Express Shipping: Orders are shipped within one to two business days.

The time it takes to process your order includes carefully picking it out and making any changes that are needed before packaging it for shipping. Thank you for your patience while we carefully and lovingly prepare each Mystery Box.

Time to Deliver

After your order has been finalized, your package will usually arrive in 8 to 12 business days. However, the exact delivery time may depend on where you live. We do our best to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, and we make sure you get tracking information when your package leaves our warehouse.

We are pleased to ship all over the world! We will use trusted carriers that are chosen just for your delivery region to make sure that your product gets to you safely and quickly.

Prices for shipping

The shipping rates depend on the method you choose and the overall weight of your item. The shipping fee does not include any sales tax that may apply. At the checkout page, you will see the exact cost of shipping before you finish your purchase.

Orders from other countries

We do send things to other countries! The delivery schedule for packages can fluctuate depending on where they are going. When customers get their products, they have to pay customs duties and any other fees, such VAT. You will have to pay these fees separately when you get your delivery, and they won’t be included in the total of your order.
